Meu apelido é Guxa, tenho 51 anos, advogada de formação, apaixonada pela terra, por fazer amigos, acredito que viver de forma regenerativa é possível e é por isso trabalho todos os dias, me entendendo parte da natureza e sigo descobrindo com ela a ser um agente regenerativo, gosto de dançar, cozinhar e cuidar Na MoVera plantamos de forma orgânica e regenerativa, temos uma reserva ambiental, fazemos parte da Rede Povos da Mata (Grupo de certificação orgânica participativa) e iniciamos a produção de chocolate, geleias e frutas desidratadas com o que produzimos nos nossos SAFs, aqui podemos compartilhar tudo que aprendemos sobre agricultura regenerativa, produção de Bioinsumos e agroindústria A casa mãe da MoVera tem um quarto coletivo que abriga até 5 pessoas, as refeições serão feitas juntos Temos uma cachoeira a 30 minutos de caminhada da casa, uma piscina natural a 5 minutos de distância da casa com uma bica d’água pra refrescar do calor, Taperoá fica a 7km, 15 minutos de carro, com uma orla bem bonita, alguns restaurantes mas uma vida social pacata, na fazenda os pássaros nos chamam cedo, aos fins de semana podemos ir à praia temos 2 praias a 1 hora de distância, é uma região linda do baixo sul baiano, gosto de estar com amigos por isso sair para conhecer os arredores é algo que fazemos com frequência

Português embeixa. Guxa, the owner of the farm, is a truly beautiful person. Her project is based on strong, meaningful principles—she is always questioning how we can use what we already have, and what nature brings to us. I love that. She is very open to learning from others, and she also loves to teach. I arrived hoping to learn about the cacao process and how to make chocolate, and I ended up learning so much more. I learned about living in harmony with nature—using as much as possible from what we already have, and trying to waste as little as possible. Guxa is still at the beginning of her project, and it feels like she is still figuring many things out. There were moments when I felt a bit “lost” and didn’t fully understand what to do. That said, I truly recommend coming to her beautiful place, helping with her project, and getting to know Guxa. I felt a very special connection with her—she is someone it’s hard not to connect with. The waterfall is amazing, the house is very clean and organized, and it’s a lovely place to stay. The other people working on the farm are also really kind and wonderful. Thank you so much, Guxa. I had a wonderfull time at Guxa's Fazenda. The place is incredibly beautiful and is the ideal location if you want to learn about Brazilian nature or, as was the case for me, discover all kinds of fruits and vegetable I had never seen before on my continent. You are able to participate in sowing and harvesting, working on the domain and sometimes processing of the asai or cacao Guxa welcomed me with open arms and made sure that I felt at home. I could not have wished for a better host. Highly recommend.

Our single week at Fazenda Tico Tinga was so rich in experience that it felt like more than just seven days in the best way possible. Guxa's generous, kind and loving spirit was apparent right from the start. She passionately shared her vision of care for land and people in shape of a small artisanal chocolate production and much of the knowledge that comes with it. We were working alongside and at times assisting 4 highly skilled locals, who support the project: Mateus, who helps to manage the agroforestry part, Beto, an experienced builder and neighbouring farmer, Italo, who lends a helping hand whenever needed and knows how to harvest even the most elusive fruits, and Celi, who keeps the house in shape and who's heavenly cooking replenished our strength. The inspiring long-term vision for the project does not always translate seemlessly into a tight everyday work structure. At times we resorted to pestering everyone at hand to give us a Job to do as we were eager to contribute. The work was satisfying, varied and offered many learning opportunities. Our efforts to learn Portuguese were met with much patience and kindness. The Fazenda is surrounded and permeated by exceptional natural beauty. Dawn and Dusk come celebrated by a divers choir of birds, that can at times be spotted. Nothing compares to the peaceful sensation of sitting in the waterfalls embrace. I can highly recommed experiencing this extraordinary place.

Fui muito bem recebido por Guxa e a equipe Movera, são pessoas gentis e atenciosas. O espaço é muito confortável , as refeições sempre deliciosas e ainda tem a cachoeira como lazer diário nos dias de sol. As atividades foram variadas, pude aprender mais sobre plantio, colheita e manejo. Tive a oportunidade de participar da produção do chocolate e também extração da poupa do Açaí. Muito obrigado pela experiência, foi massa!!!

We had a wonderful week with Guxa at her beautiful farm. She was incredibly welcoming to us, sharing openly her lovely home, her friends, and her affectionate pets. We had a beautiful time tending to the garden, helping to build a new cacao-drying house, and harvesting acai! And in our off hours we enjoyed swimming, cooking, bird-watching, and having meaningful conversations. We feel so grounded, refreshed, inspired, and loved after our time with Guxa. Muito muito obrigado Guxa, we hope to be back for a visit some day, and are so excited to watch your dream come to life! A te mais :)
